Click here to zoom Picture.Craft Link is the leading not - for - profit oganization working with handicrafts and producers in Vietnam.
- The Craft Link development and design team implement income -  generation of   projects  for handicrafts producers. Craft Link cooperates with NGOs and INGOs (such as CARE, the United Nation Drug Control Program and Oxfam Hong Kong ) to carry out handicraft components of poverty alleviation programs.
- The Craft Link business team manages the wholesale, retail and export of handicrafts produced throughout Vietnam.
- Craft Link coordinates exhibitions and bazaars to raise awareness of ethnic minority crafts and culture.
- Craft Link cooperates with Vietnamese institutions such as the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology to document and revive traditional crafts.
- The Craft Link Association of Craft Producers is comprised of more than 40 producer groups, most of whom belong to ethnic minotities. Craft Link   practices fair trade, ensuring that the producers earn fair wages.

January ,2001 :
Jan 7-11 : Management and quality control training with the Hmong group in Quan ba, Hagiang

February, 2001
Feb 17: Work with Hmong group in Mai chau, Hoa binh in preparation for the batik drawing demonstration
Feb 23: Visit the Muong village in Tan lap commune, Lac son district, Hoa binh province
Feb 24th-27th : Work with the Hmong group in Quan ba, Ha giang in preparation for the hemp weaving demonstration
Feb 28: Visit the smoked bamboo village in Xuan lai commune, Gia luong district, Bac ninh province.

March, 2001:
March 4-5 : Visit Thai and Hmong villages in Mai chau, Hoa binh for promoting the products of those two groups
March 6: Visit the beaded bag makers group in Phu nhai Church, Nam dinh province. Visit the villagers who make horn products in Hatay province .
March 7- 8 : Visit the wood carving group and the kite making group in Hue province for promoting export for those tow groups
March 10-11: Organize demonstration on hemp processing, hemp weaving, batik drawing, indigo dying and tide dye technique at the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology with participation of 12 Hmong villagers

April, 2001

April 6: Product development workshop with input on trends and market directions for UK market, Done by Teri Scully, Oxfam Fair trade Company’s buying Manager and Chona Leah M. Ramos, Fair trade Programme Coordinator
April 8-11 : Investigation trip to Da nang , work with the Ca tu people
April 23-29 : Quality control , product development and management training in Ky son, Nghe an

May , 2001 :
May 3-7 : Management and product development training in Tien yen , Quang ninh with two Dao groups
May 3- 6 : Management and quality control training in Quy chau, Nghe an
May 7-12 : Management training and product development workshop in Sanxaho, Sapa
